Movement, improvisation, breathing, and relaxation techniques for developing coordination, posture correction, and physical confidence combined with modern and jazz dance exercises for developing strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Danced with LaVerne Reed Dancers, Capitol Ballet, DC Dance Ensemble, Agila Dance, Dance Theater of Harlem School Ensemble and main company. Choreography for As You Like It directed by Mark Rylance; Arthur Ashe Day Opening Ceremony; Career and Education Expo, Javits Convention Center; Carnegie Hall Benefit; Citikids on Broadway at the St. James Theater; music videos, industrials, musical groups, solo dancers, Equity showcases, Off-Broadway shows, and liturgical dance groups.
