Advanced Acting
DRA 530 - 3 credits

An experiential exploration of the acting process, focusing on advanced acting techniques and their application to modern, classical and poetic texts. One half of the semester period is taught on camera with an emphasis on the acting process as applied to all genres of film and television texts.

Biography

Andra Reeve Rabb is a freelance film and television casting director. She was the Director of Primetime Casting at CBS for the past decade working on such shows as CSI, CSI-Miami, CSI-NY, Without A Trace, Cold Case, How I Met Your Mother, Three and a Half Men, Old Christine, Shark, Jericho and many others.
